Terms of service
1. Scope
ANTESIGNA is a thematic intelligence SaaS platform: it analyzes public sources and produces indices, signals and probabilistic forecasts with an evidence chain, to support decisions.
2. Nature of the service — NOT advice
ANTESIGNA does not provide personalized financial, investment, legal or professional advice. Probabilities and indices are estimates calibrated on the available evidence, not operational recommendations or investment solicitations. Every decision and the related risk remain with the user. Estimates can be wrong and must be assessed critically.
3. Account and acceptable use
Access requires a valid account. The user is responsible for safeguarding their credentials and agrees not to abuse the service (mass scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized resale, circumventing plan limits).
4. Intellectual property and third-party sources
The processing, the indices and the interface belong to ANTESIGNA. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners: ANTESIGNA shows only its metadata and links, without republishing the full text.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Plans, prices and billing frequency are stated at the time of subscription; payments are handled by an external processor (Stripe).
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ANTESIGNA is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the outputs, nor for indirect damages. The service is provided “as is”, with a commitment to continuous improvement but no guarantee of predictive results.
7. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated with reasonable notice. Venue and governing law will be specified before commercial activation.
